Jasper Morris: “35% new wood. The main block dates from 1973 and some vines are much older. Attractive fresh glowing purple, less intense than the Bourgogne. Raspberry fruit on the nose. Suave, even dark fruit across the palate, more graceful than the Bourgogne, the acidity better integrated, but not quite the same vibrant concentration. Tasted: December 2018.”
